Shipping

Shipping typically takes 7-10 business days but please allow up to two weeks for your order to be shipped.

All orders ship via UPS Ground with tracking and insurance. You will be provided with a tracking link as soon as your shipping label is made. And if your shipping label is made that’s good news. It usually means your order will be heading out to you the next day.

Once you receive that email shipping confirmation it means your order is heading out the next day. This is your last chance to double check your shipping address! If you provide an incorrect address and do not receive your package I cannot be held responsible for retrieving or rerouting it.

However, if the package is lost for any other reason I will pursue a claim with UPS to get at least a partial refund for you. Claims take time. If we end up in a situation together where we are waiting on a refund from UPS I humbly ask for your patience.

Returns

Due to the nature of handmade ceramics, exact sizing and glaze finish may vary slightly from the images you see online. I do my absolute best to accurately portray my work including dimensions, volume, and color, therefore all sales are final.

If your item arrives damaged please email me a photo within 3 days of its arrival with so that I can replace or refund it.

damages

If your order arrives damages in transit please contact me immediately and take lots of pictures! Inside and outside, the more the merrier. Be sure to include an image of the unobstructed shipping label. Please do not throw away the contents of the box. I will handle all claims and replacements/refunds.
