All orders are shipped via UPS Ground with tracking and insurance. You will be provided with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

IMPORTANT:

With the holidays right around the corner shipping carriers are overwhelmed (especially this year) and transit time is taking longer than usual. Please be aware that your order might not arrive in time for Christmas. I will be packing and shipping as fast as I can starting 12/13 but in true 2020 fashion, there are no guarantees. I will not be refunding orders that arrive after the holiday.

If your package goes missing please contact me. That said, echoing the above sentiment - orders are taking longer than usual to reach their destination. Please be patient. If your order delivery date has come and gone or your package is stalled at a distribution center for over 2 weeks please get in touch with me. I want your order to arrive to you just as badly as you do. We’ll figure it out together.

If your item arrives damaged please email me a photo within 3 days of it’s arrival with so that I can replace or refund it.
